Frozen Goat

Vacuum packed goat from our year old goat kids. They were organic and completely free to roam across most of our farm (and occasionally other people's farms!). They lived on grass and the many weeds growing in our valley. Unfortunately the abattoir is no longer certified organic, so this meat is not organic.
